Location: Remote | Full-timeSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 (in-hand)Experience Required: 4–5 yearsCompany: Ads by Musaib – Performance Marketing AgencyAbout UsAt Ads by Musaib, we help eCommerce brands scale profitably by achieving consistent 3x+ ROAS through data-driven Meta and Google Ad strategies.We work with fast-growing D2C brands and help them turn ad spends into scalable, profitable revenue.We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands eCommerce inside out — from acquisition cost to customer lifetime value — and knows how to use paid media to drive profitable growth.Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketer, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple eCommerce brands.You’ll work directly with the strategy and creative teams to ensure every campaign delivers ROI-focused performance and business growth.Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and scale Meta and Google Ad campaigns for eCommerce clients.- Strategize full-funnel ad structures — from prospecting to remarketing.- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for profitable ROAS and lower CAC.- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.- Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.- Coordinate with design and copy teams to ensure ad creatives align with strategy.- Research new audiences, trends, and ad opportunities to stay ahead of competition.- Manage ad budgets efficiently while maximizing revenue output.- Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other analytics dashboards.Requirements- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce brands or D2C agencies.- Proven record of achieving 5x+ ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.- Strong understanding of full-funnel eCommerce marketing and conversion optimization.- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).- Experience with Shopify, pixel setup, and event tracking.- Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.- Ability to handle multiple brands and optimize across verticals.Perks- Work with high-performing D2C brands across multiple categories.- Data-driven and result-oriented culture.- Opportunity to lead strategy and scaling for top-performing campaigns.- Work directly with the founder & marketing experts.
