We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of professionals, at Assistant / Senior project manager level. The project manager should have experience in managing End-to-End redevelopment projects in Mumbai . collaborating with other project managers. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with PMC in society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe etc.1. Knowledge of current rules and regulation of DCPR 2034 applicable in Mumbai District.2. Experience in Reading Property Documents / Land records etc. required in redevelopment.3. Vetting of all approvals and NOCS.4. Attending Society calls/queries for Redevelopment / PMC Services for Redevelopment projects.5. Prepare Project Reports / Feasibility Reports6. Presentations of Feasibility report to Society/ Clients.7. Reporting on Progress of project8. Preparing tender documents.9. Developers Selection Process & Appraisal Report9. Over all Co-ordinating with society solicitor, society client, team professionals and developer.10. Arranging & attending regular meetings during construction with developer, society, engineer team, contractor, pmc architect, etc.11. Monitoring the project progress as per milestones.12. Reporting to ceo / managing director of the company.13. Co-ordinating with engineer team during pre-construction & construction activities.Above work is described in brief but the total work varies from project to Project.Compulsory Requirements:a) Architect / Engineer / Experienced Graduateb) Good Knowledge of use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Auto Cad etc.c) English Language - Read & WriteBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Real Estate Industry: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person
