Brief of Job Responsibilities of the incumbent in the said role are listed as below:-
Teaching IGCSE, AS & A Level.
To ensure efficient implementation of Cambridge Curriculum.
Teacher training and support
Administrative tasks related to Cambridge Curriculum.
Quality assurance of teaching and learning for the students, evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
To ensure that the school maintains high standards in line with Cambridge International’s expectations.
To offer guidance and support to students with course selection, exam preparation, and any other academic needs related to Cambridge Curriculum.
Data management related to Cambridge Program.
Act as a Cambridge Exam Officer overseeing the administration and coordination of Cambridge International examinations within the school.
To ensure that all exam procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with Cambridge International's regulations and guidelines.
To manage the dissemination of exam results to students, schools, and relevant authorities. Assists with any inquiries or appeals related to exam results and provide support to students as needed.
Essentials Required:
A higher degree qualification, at least Postgraduate.
An experience of at least 5 years of teaching, managing and delivering Cambridge qualifications and programmes effectively.
Preferably an experience in some sort of management responsibility i.e managing staff, students and resources.
Can administer and manage the process of CAIE assessments (exam officer).
Evidence of being engaged in professional enrichment and training or accreditation programmes.
Knowledge and understanding of Cambridge Qualifications and Programmes / National Curriculum Framework / National Education Policy and aligning the Cambridge qualifications with the school’s vision and mission.
Up to date with all current educational debates and developments at the international and national level.
He/ she must engage in professional development to stay updated with the changes and developments in Cambridge International programs, education policies and best practices in teaching and learning.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Cambridge Coordinator. Hands-on experience in Cambridge curriculum development.
