Job Description :


Role : AI/BI Developer for the Bangalore location with 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry with 3 years in Machine Learning.


Education : Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science/ MCA / MS Comp Si


The mandatory skill sets are Machine Learning, Python Development, Data Science, SQL, My SQL, and Application Architecture


Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.

- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.

- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that address their needs.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.

- Implement predictive analytics and forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.

- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/BI solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI, BI, and data analytics, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Additional Skills :


- Passion for the business of hospital finance and operations transformation Must have implemented Machine learning in real client projects.

- At least one year of Formal Degree or certification in Machine Learning or Analytics or Data Science Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Good team player.

Qualification :


- Bachelor of Engineer / Computer Science/ MCA / MS Comp Si + Overall, 5-10 years in IT industry with 3+ years in Machine learning/Python development/ Data science.

Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define project objectives.


- Design and develop AI algorithms and machine learning models to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.


- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation pipelines using tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.


- Develop data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to present insights and findings in a clear and actionable manner.


- Integrate AI models and BI solutions with existing systems and workflows to enable automated decision-making and real-time insights.


- Optimize AI/BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.


- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and BI, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
