Responsibilities:

- Handling customer queries over the phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.- Building and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.- Must explain to the customers the proper details of the property.- Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.- Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

Requirements:

- At least 1 Months of experience is required.- Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.- Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.- Only work from Office candidates are welcome.
