To spearhead this exciting growth, we're seeking a passionate and technically adept EV Product Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in building and establishing our EV training solutions by driving product development, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the creation of a strong market presence in the EV training space.

Necessary Attributes

• In-depth understanding of EV systems, including battery technology, power electronics, electric motors and drives, vehicle dynamics, and functional safety (FuSa).
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols in the EV industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders including clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), internal teams, and industry partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise training materials (aptitude).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools relevant to the EV industry.
• Aptitude for instructional design principles and ability to assess learning outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new EV training solutions.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for EV training programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, internal teams, and external partners to create high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences.
• Oversee the development of training content, including courseware, presentations, and other learning materials (in collaboration with subject matter experts).
• Define pricing strategies and launch plans for new EV training programs.
• Manage and track key metrics to measure product success and optimize training programs.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and represent the EV training solutions to potential clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the EV industry and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the EV training business line.

*Educational Qualification *

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed Tier-2 engineering college in India plus an MBA from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector, with at least 2 years focused on Electric Vehicles.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the EV industry (preferred).
• Experience in conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and identifying customer needs within the EV sector.
• Prior experience in designing, developing, and launching new training programs (a plus).
