We collaborate with reputable education providers who are recognised for delivering quality education and are fully accredited by the respective countries' regulatory authorities.Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empatheticSenior Student Advisorto guide and support students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas. Key Responsibilities: Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment. Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes. Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle. Adhere strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process. Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems (e.g., CRM). Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation. Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times. Report progress and issues promptly to the Team Leader or Manager.Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Any field) 3-4 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role Proven experience of successfully managing at least one major intake Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team
