We are seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for fashion.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Brand Strategy:

  • Create and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline platforms.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.


Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.


Brand Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant brand ambassadors.
  • Manage influencer campaigns and measure their impact on brand growth.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and report on ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successful brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.
