Job Description – Project Officer

Position: Project Officer
No. of Vacancies: 01
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Location: Noida

Essential Qualification

  • B.E/B. Tech./MCA OR
  • CA/LLM/CS OR
  • Two years full-time MBA/Post Graduate in relevant discipline OR
  • LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification

Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification work experience relevant to the job description.

Job Responsibilities

The Project Officer will be responsible for maintaining records, files, correspondence, payments, and other tasks related to software development projects.

Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills

  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace).
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Administrative Skills

  • Record keeping and file management.
  • Drafting and handling correspondence (emails, letters).
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings, timelines, and reports.

Analytical Skills

  • Data analysis and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Team collaboration and customer service orientation.

Organizational Skills

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Problem-Solving Skills

  • Proactive in issue resolution.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or administrative support preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a software development environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
