We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision making across all HR functions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, Power Tools, Python and deep understanding of HR processes to transform raw data into actionable insights. We are seeking a skilled Python professional to build robust data pipelines, integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models), extract critical insights from various data sources, and automate data reporting to drive key business decisions Shift Pattern A : 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM Shift Pattern B : 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field. Work Requirements: Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like requests, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, and openpyxl. · API Expertise: Demonstrated experience with API integration, authentication, error handling, and data parsing (JSON/XML). · LLM & Prompt Engineering: Experience interacting with Large Language Models and applying prompt engineering techniques for data tasks.
