Role Description This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located on-site in Delhi, India. We’re building something exciting at Lucky Silk Store by KB — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s organized, dependable, and has an eye for aesthetics.You’ll work closely with the founders — managing schedules, coordinating with creative & production teams, and assisting in everything from brand research to shoots and content planning.If you’re someone who enjoys structure, communication, and fashion — this might be the perfect fit. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Expense Report management Assist with brand research, influencer communication, and content organization Manage documentation, scheduling, and timelines Occasionally assist with travel and event logistics Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Good command of spoken and written English Interest in fashion, design, or creative industries Confident handling coordination vendor,influencer,production,shoot teams Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,Fashion or a related field
