**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **ethnic wear** collections, including **lehengas, sarees, Anarkalis, and suits**.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create **mood boards**, design sketches, and **technical specifications** for new collections.
- Conduct thorough **fabric selection, trims, and embellishment choices** to create designs aligned with the brand vision.
- Work with the **production team** to ensure the accurate execution of designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on **fashion trends**, customer preferences, and the latest fabric techniques to ensure designs remain contemporary.
- Assist in the development of **sample collections** and oversee modifications to achieve the desired final product.
- Collaborate with **marketing and merchandising teams** to ensure designs meet customer demands and commercial objectives.
- Attend fittings and make design revisions as needed based on sample reviews and client feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate from **NIFT, Pearl Academy**, or any other reputed fashion institute.
- **2-4 years** in fashion design, specializing in both **Ethnic and Western wear**.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop**, and **CorelDRAW**; strong knowledge of **fabric selection**, **embroidery**, and **garment construction**.
- **Creativity**: Strong **aesthetic sense**, attention to **detail**, and ability to combine **traditional and modern designs**.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent **communication** and **teamwork** skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet **deadlines**.
- **Trend Awareness**: Up-to-date with **fashion trends** and **market demands**.
- **Comfortable with night shifts.**
