About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (CPC/PPC), SEO, and Word Press to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, improving organic search rankings, and managing Word Press websites to drive growth, lead generation, and ROI. Key Responsibilities Google Ads (CPC/PPC): Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy optimization. Monitor budgets, bids, and performance to maximize ROI. Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM parameters. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Perform website SEO audits and implement technical, on-page, and off-page strategies. Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages. Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Monitor organic rankings and prepare SEO performance reports. Word Press Management: Develop, customize, and maintain Word Press websites. Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO. Manage plugins, themes, and integrations with marketing tools (e.g., email, CRM). Troubleshoot technical issues and improve user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Google Ads/PPC campaign management . Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, technical, and off-page). Hands-on experience with Word Press (themes, plugins, and customizations). Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO or similar tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads certification. Experience with Woo Commerce or other Word Press e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with content marketing and social media advertising. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development.
