The ideal candidate will have7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactorsand must have ledat least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects . You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Key Skills:Strong expertise inSAP SuccessFactors SCDPconfiguration and implementation.Experience withSuccession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes .Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration withEmployee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals .Excellentstakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Leadend-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintainsuccession planning, talent pools, career & development plans , and talent review processes within SCDP.Conducttalent reviews, calibration sessions , and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such asEmployee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS) .Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.ConductUAT, training, and knowledge transferfor HR teams and business users.Provide guidance onbest practices, process optimization, and system enhancements .Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree inHR, IT, Business, or related field .SAP SuccessFactors SCDP or relevant certifications preferred*Upon selection need to relocate to SingaporeWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
