The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Key Skills:Strong expertise in SAP Success Factors SCDP configuration and implementation.Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes.Knowledge of Success Factors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Success Factors SCDP implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans , and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions , and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge
