Role Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager as part of the initial core team, to structure and scale the business. This is a central role that requires interaction with stakeholders to ensure project/program timelines are met. The ideal candidate will be skilled at planning, executing, and delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing environment while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs involving post purchase PO, project timelines, and programs that are running.

● Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.

● Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure structured tracking of programs on tools.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

● Monitor progress against KPIs such as cost, timelines, quality, and delivery.

● Identify risks and bottlenecks early; develop mitigation plans.

● Report regularly to senior leadership on program status, deliverables, and outcomes.

● Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

● Founder Mentality: you think like an owner, with a strong bias for action and structure

problem solving

● Bachelor's degree from top-tier institution; MBA preferred

● 4+ years in supply chain consulting companies involved in manufacturing ops

● Analytics mind with a strategic ability

● Be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous, 'can do' attitude to excel in challenging situations

● Great communicator, negotiator & relationship-builder

● Prior experience in PM
