What Does The Role Entail :

Working as part of our global marketing team, we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join us as our Website UX/UI Designer.

In this role, we expect you to have the ability to research deeply, think conceptually and, most importantly, bring fresh creativity.

The candidate will be responsible for designing a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicates to our audience while supporting our business objectives.

You will work together with our VP marketing, comms, digital and campaign marketers to ensure the Gain.pro website delivers positive brand credibility & trust and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.

As the website designer you will :

- Manage all content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.

- Ensure the Gain.pro website delivers positive brand credibility & trust, and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.

- Utilize analytics to track user engagement performance and guide optimization.

- Working with the Web Developer, conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and implement solutions.

- Deliver consistent website enhancement based on testing and learning

- Implement strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.

- Working with the digital team, Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, demand, comms and product teams, to align website strategies with overall business goals.

- Drive change through best practices ensuring the Gain.pro site delivers what our audience needs

Requirements :

- The Website Designer will work closely with various teams across our business to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

- Design and maintain a visually stunning, user-friendly website that drives high engagement and conversions.

- Create user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and work with the Web Developer to bring these designs to life.

- Develop responsive designs that ensure optimal viewing experience across various devices and screen sizes.

- Incorporate best practices in usability and user experience (UX) design to enhance website functionality and navigation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity, accessibility and usability.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs as needed.

- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

- A test-first approach to web design

- Team player with strong communication skills

- Experimentation and fast learning approaches to design

- Self-starter and independent with the ability to get things done with very little reliance on external resources
