Professional Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in test automation, with significant experience in a leadership or architect role.Proven track record of architecting and implementing successful test automation frameworks.Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Selenium).

Soft Skills:Exceptional with problem-solving skills and analytical skills.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with performance and load testing tools.Knowledge of additional programming language and tools.Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment .Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Leadership:Define and implement the overall test automation strategy and framework using Playwright and C#.Lead the development and maintenance scalable and robust test automation frameworks and tools.Mentor and guide a team of test automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Framework and Tool Development:Architect and design test automation solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and efficient.Develop custom tools and utilities to support the test automation processes.Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless and automated release processes.Quality Assurance:Ensure comprehensive test coverage through the creation of detailed test plans and test cases.Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Analyze test results, identify tends, and work with development teams to resolve issues.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and drive quality from the beginning of the development process.Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of test automation efforts and quality metrics.Advocate for test automation and quality with the organization, driving a culture of excellence.

Technical Skills:Proven experience with Playwright for web automation testing.Strong proficiency in

C#

programming language.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools like (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Test Execution and Reporting:Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.Report and document software defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.Generate test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Continuously enhance the test automation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into the test strategy.Collaboration:Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the codebase.
