Technical Skills:

- Extensive experience with Playwright for web automation testing.- Strong proficiency in C# programming language.- Deep understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with CI/CD and tools and processes like (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

- Professional Experience:- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in test automation, with significant experience in a leadership or architect role.- Proven track record of architecting and implementing successful test automation frameworks.- Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Selenium).

- Soft Skills:- Exceptional with problem-solving skills and analytical skills.- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with performance and load testing tools.- Knowledge of additional programming language and tools.- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy and Leadership:- Define and implement the overall test automation strategy and framework using Playwright and C#.- Lead the development and maintenance scalable and robust test automation frameworks and tools.- Mentor and guide a team of test automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

- Framework and Tool Development:- Architect and design test automation solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and efficient.- Develop custom tools and utilities to support the test automation processes.- Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless and automated release processes.- Quality Assurance:- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through the creation of detailed test plans and test cases.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.- Analyze test results, identify tends, and work with development teams to resolve issues.- Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and drive quality from the beginning of the development process.- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of test automation efforts and quality metrics.- Advocate for test automation and quality with the organization, driving a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Automation Development:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and C#.- Creative comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover various functionalities of the application.- Ensure that test automation frameworks are scalable and maintainable.

- Test Execution and Reporting:- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.- Report and document software defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.- Generate test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.- Continuous Improvement:- Continuously enhance the test automation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into the test strategy.- Collaboration:- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the codebase.
