Strong Knowledge of
Linux Server , Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Strong Knowledge of
MySQL Database.Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.Participate in root cause analysis if needed.Maintain and update network diagrams and Service provider information documentation.Basic understanding of Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Good document and technical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicatetechnical issues to nontechnical and technical audiencesAdditional experience in Fintech domain is an added advantage.
General Expertise:
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and increase client relationships.Build’s a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.Manages day to day client interaction, communicate effectively with clients to identify needs.Create, or participate in the creation of Support / Solution documentation or UAT testing for Customization & deliverables.Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved.Ensure solution designed meet’s internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders.Good communication skills & Self-confidence are must. Preferred fluency in English.Ability to take direction from all levelsProvide training to clients or internal team if needed.
