General Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can lead the entire park's operations, while having a strong specialization in F&B management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring food quality, designing menus, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, onsite role with 6 working days per week and 1 weekly off.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Park Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the park:
• Adventure Activities (bungee, swing, SCAD, indoor activites, etc.)
• Purchase & Stores (inventory, procurement, vendor relations)
• Housekeeping & Hygiene
• Security & Maintenance (safety, upkeep, inspections)
• Human Resources (daily meetings with HODs, training, performance management)
• Videography & Photography Department (guest media services)
• Call Centre / Customer Service (bookings, guest queries, CRM)
• Establish SOPs and ensure consistency across all departments.
• Drive accountability and efficiency within each function.

Food & Beverage Leadership

• Lead the entire F&B function of Thrill Factory including restaurant and Bar.
• Plan menus across multiple cuisines ensuring diversity, innovation, and customer appeal.
• Maintain high standards of quality in food, bakery, desserts, and beverages (including mocktails & special menus).
• Implement rigorous quality checks, hygiene audits, and food safety compliance.
• Work with chefs and culinary teams to develop seasonal specials and signature items unique to Thrill Factory.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and supplier quality for F&B efficiency.
• Ensure F&B offerings complement the adventure brand experience.

Guest Experience & Brand Building

• Ensure seamless guest journey from booking to on-ground activities to F&B experience.
• Handle escalations, VIP guests, and customer feedback.
• Maintain Thrill Factory's reputation as a world-class adventure + leisure destination.

Financial & Business Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for both park operations and F&B.
• Track revenues, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with the marketing team to design growth campaigns and promotional tie-ups.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Oversee activity safety standards, legal compliance, and regular inspections.
• Ensure F&B follows FSSAI standards and food handling certifications.
• Establish emergency and risk mitigation protocols across park and F&B.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's in Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or Business Administration.
• 8-15 years of leadership experience in F&B operations, tourism, or adventure park/hotel/resort operations.
• Strong track record in F&B planning, menu innovation, and quality control.
• Experience managing multi-department operations with large teams.
• Excellent people management, financial acumen, and guest relations skills.
• Passion for adventure tourism + culinary excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
