Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation within the hotel.
  • Coordination & Oversight: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring they run efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Champion exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high-quality service and promptly addressing all guest needs and concerns.
  • Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff. You'll be responsible for training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Budget & Operational Efficiency: Monitor and control departmental budgets while identifying and implementing strategies to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
  • Quality Control & Inventory: Maintain established service standards and consistent quality across all departments. You will also manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of supplies, including linens, toiletries, and food and beverage items.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff by upholding and enforcing all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of effective budget and cost management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of all hotel operational departments.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
