Role details: Title / Designation: Associate Director- Legal and Risk Management Location: New Delhi / NCR Reports to: General Counsel Experience : 9 – 10 years Work mode: On-site Role & responsibilities: Provide strategic legal, compliance, and risk advisory to business leadership. Oversee legal governance, regulatory matters, and crisis management. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, templates, and SOPs. Manage communications and responses to regulators, authorities, and clients. Handle litigation support, including drafting notices and coordinating with external counsel. Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with evolving laws (CrPC, Contract Act, Companies Act, etc.) Lead, mentor, and strengthen the legal and risk management team.
