Our services include personalized diet, consultancy services, assistance over call, and all kinds of support that a person requires. We offer various programs ranging from kids’ nutrition to corporate and provide guidance on dealing with common ailments that occur due to poor intake of food. Such as PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the current CRM system effectively. Whether it's increasing sales, improving customer retention, or streamlining processes within the existing team of Health Counselors & Dietitians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system.
- Leverage the reporting and analytics features of the CRM system to gain valuable insights into sales performance, customer behavior and what not.
- Responsible for investing time in training sessions to ensure that the team understands how to use the CRM effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation. Set clear sales targets and goals for individuals and the team as a whole.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Understand their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop annual sales plans and budgets in collaboration with senior management. Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team. Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
- Evaluate the performance of the team members based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer acquisition & retention and revenue growth. Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other field/ MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
