Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Snowflake Admin for a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehousing and AWS, leveraging these skills to manage and optimize data solutions effectively. The role involves collaborating with teams to develop and maintain robust data architecture, ensuring seamless data integration and performance within our infrastructure. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehousing is crucial for managing and optimizing data workflows (Mandatory skill). Strong expertise in AWS to support cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (Mandatory skill). Experience with Python or JavaScript for Automation to enhance process efficiencies and data task automation. Knowledge of Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure deployments with ease and precision. Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and ensure continuous improvement. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with members across various departments. Familiarity with data security practices to safeguard organizational data integrity and confidentiality. Prior experience in a mid-level administrator role contributing to data architecture and infrastructure improvements. Roles and Responsibilities Configure, administer, and maintain Snowflake environments to ensure seamless data management and integration. Collaborate with engineering teams to design efficient data architectures and optimize data storage solutions. Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance. Leverage scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for automating data tasks and streamlining operations. Utilize Terraform for cloud infrastructure management, ensuring scalability and efficiency in deployments. Optimize SQL queries to enhance database performance and reduce processing times. Conduct regular system performance evaluations to preemptively identify and resolve potential issues. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for data warehousing and cloud computing strategies.
