Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with onshore stakeholders, analyze client requirements to build and maintain efficient data engineering processes using Snowflake, SQL, Python and Linux server - Support in monthly data processing for client and generate insights within service level agreement - Work on business logic implementation, enhancement and data analysis requests from clients and ensure timely delivery of the same - Analyze, understand and document the existing Snowflake data processing system, configurations, permission model including data sources and cadence - Understand roles and permissions model from Snowflake admin team, document and implement appropriate role-based access in line with client requirements - Review tenancy models and object ownership from Snowflake system and implement appropriate developer & system user ownership as needed - Analyze existing processing and dependencies on the Linux server, suggest and implement better practices/process as per discussions - Review existing Python processes identify gaps, areas for improvement and implement best practices - Help in improving and automating the current processes, reducing turnaround time, and manual efforts - Work with Snowflake & Linux server admin teams and ensure appropriate system and data management practices are in place - Develop and maintain CI/CD processes using GitHub, Github Actions etc. - Maintain high quality documentation of data definitions, transformations, and processes - Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems - Support and maintain the client data & analytics delivery environment - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 7+ years of overall experience in Data & Analytics engineering - 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake, Python, SQL - 2+ years of experience working with Linux server & Unix scripting - Experience working with CICD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions etc. - Proven excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in data analysis and dashboard development using Tableau. - Exposure to Azure Cloud Environment - Knowledge of health care concepts - Members, Claims and various types, Costs & Charges, Payer, Provider, Employer Groups, Policies & Products etc.
