Job Description

ROLE: DATA ANALYST-BUSINESS ANALYTICS

EXPERIENCE: 
●  5 years relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably in digital marketing analytics
● Bachelors/ master’s in engineering or Mathematics
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 
● Strong understanding of  RDBMs data concepts  and  unstructured data -  Very strong SQL/querying skills 
● Hands on experience in  extraction, mining and transformation and presentation of data  on any one of the reporting tools like  Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics  experience.
●  High comfort in working with Excel 
●  Business understanding at both executive and operational levels
● Logical thinking and problem solving skills
● Experience coordinating activities across a global team; Decent Understanding of applied  statistical terminologies
●  Data Analysis Skills: Exploratory analysis and Hypothesis testing - using R/Python
● High attention to detail and Decent articulation skills
● Desired experience working with global teams
● Continuous process improvement/ Quality experience is a plus
● Communicate the understanding to Business audience.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
● Measure the profitability of Business-as-usual campaigns
● Expertise in Audience Segmentation, Root-cause analysis, Customer journey mapping, Campaign performance analysis, Data driven attribution, conversion analysis, Dashboards, Insights recommendations.
● Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital sales and customer experience. Work with creatives, technologists and can clearly communicate with senior level stakeholders to understand objectives and help them to use data-driven decisions.
● Analyze the online behavior of customers using response metrics.
● Measure the campaign performance and optimize digital properties and strategy for a better ROI/Conversion rate.
● Building dashboards and data visualizations to help business users understand data and inform decisions.
● Create meaningful data visualizations that communicate your findings and relate them back to how your insights create business impact
● Ability to work with large data sets and present conclusions to key stakeholders; Data management using SQL/Python
● Support, monitor and manage all aspects of daily activities with and working through the phases of project.
● Define data requirements for creating a model and understand the business problem.
● Clean, aggregate, analyze, interpret data and carry out quality analysis of it. Set up data for predictive/prescriptive analysis.
● Working along with the team members and Looking for insight and creating a presentation to demonstrate these insights.
● Supporting development and maintenance of proprietary marketing techniques and other knowledge development projects.
