Job Overview:
Now, we're looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager (APM) who can take our product from great to game-changing. No need to have a fancy SaaS B2B background (though if you've got it, hey, that's cool). What we need is someone with a curious mind, a love for problem-solving, and a passion for AI technology This is your chance to make an impact, and we're here for it.
Key Responsibilities:
● Translate Business Needs into Technical Specifications: Get ready to be the bridge—the essential connector between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You'll transform high-level business requirements into crystal-clear technical specifications that guide our product's development.
● Serve as a Liaison: You'll be the glue that holds everything together. As the go-between for business, engineering, and design, you'll make sure everyone's on the same page. Expect plenty of meetings, but also plenty of action
● Analyze & Document Business Processes: Dive deep into business processes,
workflows, and systems to find inefficiencies and areas for optimization. You'll document your findings and share your insights with the team, helping to streamline how we work and build.
● Create Requirement Documents & User Stories: Write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and use cases like a pro. You'll help ensure that each feature is carefully mapped out, aligning user needs with business goals.
● Support the Testing Phase (UAT): Become the product's biggest advocate. You'll drive the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, making sure everything works as it should and that the product lives up to the business requirements. You'll catch the bugs, point out the gaps, and make sure we're delivering quality.
● End-User Training & Support: When the product is ready to roll out, you'll be right there, making sure the users know exactly how to use it. You'll create training materials, host sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth adoption.
What We're Looking For:
● 0-5 years of experience in product management, product development, or another
problem-solving role. If you're a recent grad or have just dipped your toes into the
product world, we're into it.
● Bonus Points: Familiarity with SaaS, B2B products, or a background in AI/ML tech. But if you've done something different but still love tech and
problem-solving, we'll take it.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues (no, it's not just about finding the "easy" solution — it's about finding the right one).
● A natural communicator. You can break down technical language for non-techies, and you're not afraid to get up and share your ideas (even if that means standing on a chair and dramatically presenting them).
● A "can-do" attitude. You're proactive, and you like to roll up your sleeves, dive in, and get things done. No task is too small or too big.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management and data
analysis tools is a plus.
