Job Summary:

This is a Techno-functional implementation role. We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Associate Product Manager who is passionate about both financial research and technology. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for researching portfolio strategies, quantitative research models while also managing tech-driven projects. You will collaborate closely with financial analysts, quants, and IT teams to drive product innovation and improve our wealth management offerings. There are multiple platform based, app based and AI initiatives that we are seeking.

Work Experience :

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Mobile applications or SaaS based product management
  • AI engineering or development experience is a great plus
  • Some exposure to financial research, quantitative analysis is added boost

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Research & Portfolio Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed research on portfolio strategies, quantitative models, and market trends.
  • Analyze performance data, risk metrics, and asset allocation to support the development of innovative investment products.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in wealth management and financial technology.

Product Development & Management:

  • Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and market intelligence to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, quants, and IT, to deliver product enhancements from concept to launch.
  • Develop product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.

Technology & Innovation:

  • Manage tech-related projects that integrate financial research insights into our product suite.
  • Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of portfolio research tools with modern technology stacks.
  • Utilize data analytics, automation, and machine learning techniques to drive efficiency and innovation in product development.
  • Monitor emerging technologies in fintech and propose initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and coordinate projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product initiatives with market demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, product updates, and research findings to senior management.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and financial experts to bridge gaps and drive cross-functional success.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and familiarity with fintech applications
  • AI engineering or development or project experience
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in portfolio analysis, quantitative methods, and financial modeling

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
