Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data models that support product analysis and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide and execute actionable insights.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize data funnels for core user journeys and product features.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform product strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of user engagement, behaviour patterns, and revenue metrics.
  • Support A/B testing and product experimentation with data analysis and insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest product management frameworks and best practices in the gaming and content industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is a must.
  • Familiarity with analytics frameworks, data funnels, and user segmentation.
  • Experience in Tools like (CleverTap, MoEngage, Google Analytics, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • You should be able to generate insights and hypotheses from data and use them to drive business outcomes.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the analytics field, including experience in hypothesis testing/statistics and product or digital analytics, is preferred.
  • Ability to grasp the business and product decision-making processes and provide analytics that align with business and product objectives.
  • Critical and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize recommendations from data and communicate ideas effectively.
  • A proactive approach to experimentation.
