Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Head located in Kochi. The Sales Team Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and training and mentoring team members. The Sales Team Head will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets
  • Strong skills in developing sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and presenting sales reports
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
