Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join and lead our Design team. You will be primarily responsible for handling all design projects; from conception to the final stage. As a Senior Designer, you will be assigning tasks and supervising Junior Designers/interns in delivering quality artworks.
You will be responsible for providing creative feedback and ensuring proper management of the workflow. Moreover, you will be coordinating with freelance interior designer and ensure deadlines are met. Similarly, you will be communicating with the Marketing Department to create graphics for any promotional/marketing content.

Responsibilities:
Planning and managing all stages of the Interior design projects
Ensuring delivery of high quality and original design works
Assigning tasks and reviewing submissions of Junior Designers, interns, and freelancers
Suggesting and making creative alterations to projects
Generating new innovative design ideas
Designing different types of graphics like infographics and illustrations as per the clients brief
Maintaining brand consistency and voice in the project
Communicating with the Marketing team for creating any promotional graphics
Assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team
Provide a timeline upon assessing the clients’ needs and preferences
Liaising with freelance Interior design
Week on week capacity planning for design team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
3-4 years of experience as Interior Designer,
A complete portfolio of all design projects
Familiarity with design software like Sktech Up, Vray, Lumion, 3DS Max and Autocad
Ability to supervise/manage team members and freelancers
An eye for detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
Good analytical and decision-making skills
