Pinakiin Designs has been in practice for the last nine years, catering to multiple Corporate Companies and Prominent Builders and Developers in various cities. The team of architects and designers work holistically on design and execution to create timeless, classic spaces. At Pinakiin Designs, we use Design & Build, an intelligent proprietary system that utilizes 3D site scanning, BIM models, VR, BOQs and Off-Site Production to minimize human error, identify and correct conflicts, and provide a singular point of control for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer (Corporate fit out) at Pinakiin Designs located in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces for corporate fit-outs. The Senior Interior Designer will also manage and mentor junior design team members to ensure projects are completed within the timeline and budget requirements.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with specific emphasis on Corporate fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related design software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage a team.
  • An understanding of building and safety codes, as well as accessibility standards.
  • Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong eye for design and color.
