Responsibilities Manage the entity's Global Tax function, ensuring accurate accounting and tax records with an emphasis on long-term scalability. Own the India tax compliances (GST, TDS, Tax audit, Transfer Pricing, Income tax and advance tax computation and returns) Manage and monitor global indirect tax and other tax filings. Support statutory compliance preparation and filings including financial statement preparation, statutory audits, tax compliances. Perform monthly reconciliation and flux analysis of direct and indirect tax balances with the supporting documentation and posting the necessary journal entries in the books of accounts. Collaborate with 3rd party services providers to gain a deep understanding of India & Global tax regulations and compliance requirements and inform leadership of risk mitigation assessments. Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities Establish strong professional relationships with team members across the organization Executing optimization and enhancement programs to create efficiencies in the day-to-day operations Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in tax roles. Proven history and ability to manage global tax compliances Proficiency in utilizing various data systems to extract, assess, and analyze data. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in implementing best practices for maintenance of tax records Well versed in Excel, Powerpoint and working knowledge of ERP accounting software (Netsuite is a plus) Flexibility to adapt to variety of engagement types, accounting, tax, global compliance Understanding of Highspot's industry and sales enablement solutions is a plus #LI-NG1
