We are hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist in India who can own the full sales cycle: from generating qualified leads to closing deals across our services.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for both prospecting and closing. This means:
Building lead pipelines across India and international markets.
Engaging prospects through tailored communication.
Conducting discovery calls and presenting QikSol's services.
Drafting proposals and independently closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking).
Build and manage a pipeline of leads in branding, software development, cybersecurity, and AI automation.
Conduct calls, presentations, and service demonstrations with potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring successful closures.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in both lead generation and B2B sales closing (IT services, SaaS, digital solutions, or marketing).
Strong knowledge of at least one QikSol domain: branding, software, cybersecurity, or AI solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken & written).
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , HubSpot, or similar tools.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with international clients (US, Canada, Middle East).
Ability to draft high-quality sales proposals and outreach copy.
Strong relationship management skills.
What We Offer
Compensation (India-based):
Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (depending on experience).
Growth path into Sales Manager / Business Development Head.
