eMobility HIL Engineer (Beginner to Intermediate) at dSPACE India.

For our dSPACE business in India, we are looking for Technical Experts (eMobility, HIL) at our Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune locations for full-time employment.

In this role, you will be the Specialist for all Applications related to Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) and Hardware in loop Systems (HIL). This will cover a wide range of applications, one among which is eDrive solutions. The focus of the role will be providing Product Support to customers and performing Application Engineering in customer projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Subject-Matter expert in eMobility - RCP and HIL Tool chain

1. Customer support in RCP and HIL in related Hardware and Software2. Comprehend dSPACE tools for end-user in the areas of Electric Motor, Battery, and Charging3. Support in dSPACE Product training4. Python Automation5. product demonstration and develop eMobility POCs.6. Building network internally and externally

- Involvement in Pre-Sales and Business Development

1. Promotion to customer and market2. Analysis of customer requirements to develop technical proposals for customers in collaboration with the Sales Team

- Subject-Matter contact for Other - RCP and HIL Tool support.

1. Conventional vehicle domains like body, chassis, engine, network and other2. Other industries like Robotics, Aerospace, Appliances, etc.

Requirements

- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree with relevant engineering experience- At least 2 years of experience in a related field if BE candidate- Experience with dSPACE Products (or other) for RCP and HIL- Minimum Beginner level MATLAB Knowledge- Knowledge of Python, FPGA, Vehicle communication protocol- Automotive technology - industry and market awareness- Ability to teach/mentor others.- Effective communication skills in English in an intercultural environment- Willingness to travel within India.
