We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Designer & Sales Professional to join our luxury jewellery brand on a freelance basis. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and designing exquisite jewellery while managing sales and customer service.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Design & Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
They will also help the team with execution team with production work, design and retail work, and be required to go over and beyond the mentioned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilites :
Customer Experience: Working directly with clients on their jewellery needs, including visual merchandising, customer service, bespoke design and product presentation.
Handling Sales : Managing sales, placing orders with our karigars / craftsmans. Co-ordinating with clients and managing delivery of orders.
Managing the design process from concept to finished product, ensuring that all designs meet our brand standards and customer needs.
Creating unique and innovative designs for different types of jewellery as required to create detailed blueprints for production.
Overseeing the production of their designs, working closely with manufacturers and Karigars to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed.
Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry innovations to create collections that are relevant and appealing to customers.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, purchasing, and stock control, to ensure that our showroom is always stocked with the latest products and collections.
Exhibition Attendance: Attend trade shows and exhibitions to keep up-to-date with industry trends, discover new products, and develop relationships with suppliers and prospects.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with other teams such as marketing, operations, logistics and finance to ensure that all Production activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all design and production activities, including budgets, timelines, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop product strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision.
We require Minimum 3 years work experience
