Job Title: Service Now Architect – ITSM Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise-scale Service Now implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of Service Now solutions in large, complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.). Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the Service Now platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions. Drive integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server). Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on Service Now. Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM. Strong proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development . Proven experience in Service Now Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on Service Now. Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Service Now Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA . Experience with additional modules like HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, Sec Ops is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Dev Ops tools.
