Should have good experience in shell scripting or configuration management (Ansible).3. Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis. 4. Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management. 5. Should have experience of Install and Configure Pacemaker based high availability Cluster. 6. Should have experience of troubleshooting common cluster issues.7. Should have worked with Shared Storage and Multipathing.8. Should have experience in Repository Creation and Management. 9. Should have experience in OS upgrade and patch management. 10. Must have good troubleshooting skills. 11. ITIL Awareness 4 Preferred Skills/Knowledge 1. Experience on Automating tasks by using Shell Scripts, Ansible2.  Understanding of VMware or Openstack. 5 Desired Certifications RHEL / Redhat Certified Specialist  6 Soft Skills 1. Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills2. Must be a Team Player3. Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
