Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Sales Marketing Officer located in Ranchi. The Chief Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, managing the sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies. This role includes training team members, setting and achieving sales targets, and working closely with other departments to enhance overall company performance. Regular reporting on sales metrics and performance will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training and Team Management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ranchi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
