This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer / Sales Representative.

Job Description

Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory, month on month.

Manage distributors and ensure retail coverage as per the beat plan.

Follow the Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and use system apps for capturing orders.

Implement and drive all market schemes effectively.

Respond to all retailers, distributors & end customers queries timely.

Ensure distributor claims are submitted and settled promptly.

Monitor and report competitor activities in the market.

Support and drive new product launches in the territory.

Manage stock levels at the distributor's end to avoid shortages or excess.

Identify and appoint new distributors in vacant towns & districts.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Lead Generation skills.

Strong Communication skills for effective sales interactions.

Experience in Sales Operations and Retailers & Distributor management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory/ regions.

Experience:

Must have minimum work experience of minimum 3 years in retail sales.

Candidate's from the same trade would be preferred.

Must have worked in hashtag

Ranchi local and interior markets.
