Role Summary:

The Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to enhance Jaipur Rugs' brand visibility, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to manage internal and external communications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

1. Content Creation:

- Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media channels.- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues.

1. Media Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.- Coordinate press events, interviews, and media coverage to ensure positive brand representation.

1. Internal Communications:

- Develop initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, town halls, and internal announcements.- Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive company culture through communication.

1. Digital Communications:

- Oversee website content management and SEO strategies.- Manage social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.

1. Brand Management:

- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the core values and mission of Jaipur Rugs.

1. Crisis Management:

- Handle communication during crisis situations to protect the company’s reputation.

1. Research and Reporting:

- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.- Prepare detailed reports on communication activities and their impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and SEO.- Experience in media relations and handling press events.- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- A creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
