About the Role:This role holder will be instrumental in devising and executing comprehensive Organizational development programs that not only align with Trianz’s strategic objectives but also catalyze change and nurture a culture primed for accelerated growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, change management expertise, and hands-on experience in implementing OD programs. This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing employee engagement, and optimizing organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing:Formulate and execute OD strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.Conduct thorough assessments to identify improvement opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness.Create and lead interventions to develop our culture and leadership, alongside comprehensive development and change management programs.Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate workforce trends, identify talent gaps, and plan for succession & Change management effectively.Direct the creation and application of performance management frameworks and employee development strategies.Provide managerial coaching and support, fostering an environment conducive to organizational development.Assess the impact of development interventions, utilizing data to inform continuous improvement.Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in organizational development and talent management.Design & implement culture Talent development & Culture change initiatives to build leadership capabilities, enhance employee skills, and foster career growth.Act as an organizational development expert, influencing HR policy and procedural development.
What you’ll bring onboard:Master’s in human resources, Organizational Development or Psychology from a reputed institute.Progressive experience in Organizational Development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development programs.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong leadership skills with a keen eye for details and analytical thinking.Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable learning initiatives by measuring their impact.Enjoys fostering a positive work environment and be a subject matter expert for the team.
