In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across cloud-based infrastructure and applications. You’ll work closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth, secure, and timely deployments. As a key contributor to our agile delivery model, you’ll help streamline release processes, manage dependencies, and ensure production stability. Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle , from planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release validation Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define release scope, timelines, and dependencies Ensure release readiness by validating infrastructure, code quality, and deployment pipelines Coordinate with DevOps teams to automate and optimize release workflows using tools like GitHub Actions , Terraform , and Kubernetes Operators Maintain release calendars and communicate schedules and risks to stakeholders Monitor production deployments and ensure rollback strategies are in place Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for release-related issues Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management policies Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes and tools Your skills and experience Proven experience in release management , DevOps , or software delivery coordination Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines , Infrastructure as Code , and cloud-native deployment strategies Hands-on experience with GitHub , Terraform , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms like GCP , Azure , or AWS Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple releases across distributed teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Fluent in English How we’ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career.
