  • Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, API integration, and real-time data processing.
  • Experience in Magento 2.x platform development and integration, managing e-commerce workflows, payment gateways, and third-party extensions.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to design solutions focusing on high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Docker containerization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and development processes, including sprints, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on clean, test-driven code.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment, driving projects from concept to production.


Must haves:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • 2-4 years of experience in backend development, focusing on Node.js, PHP, and Magento for e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with JIRA, and other project management tools for tracking development progress.

  • Practical experience working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for deploying and scaling applications.
