Gurugram, India Honasa Consumer Ltd. Full time

The Creative and Content Excellence team at Honasa (parent company of Mamaearth),

is looking for a video editor to create videos for multiple digital touchpoints. These

include performance ads for Facebook and Instagram, motion graphics videos for

branded events and sales, and any other creative pieces that might be needed.


This role is responsible for editing video content with a focus on engagement and clicks,

while always keeping the brand language intact. The person should have a superb

understanding of trending music, new edit styles that work on social platforms and bring

a certain freshness to each piece.


The right candidate will have a great understanding of what content to present on which

platform and how to stand out from the crowd. You'll come up with new ideas, stay on

top of trends, and improve on what we’ve already built.


Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling & Texturing:

- Create detailed and realistic 3D models of products, objects, and environments.

- Apply textures, materials, and shaders to achieve photorealistic results or

stylized aesthetics based on project requirements.

- Lighting & Rendering:

- Set up lighting for 3D scenes to enhance mood, realism, and overall aesthetic.

- Optimize render settings and ensure high-quality output, balancing performance

and quality.

- Animation:

- Develop smooth and engaging animations that showcase product functionality,

features, and benefits.

- Rig and animate 3D models for product movements, interactions, and camera

animations.

- Implement fluid transitions and creative effects to enhance visual storytelling.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the creative and project management teams to understand the

product vision and requirements.

- Provide updates and revisions based on feedback to ensure project goals are

met on time.

- Post-production:

- Assist in post-production tasks such as compositing and integration of animations

into final videos.

- Ensure all animations are optimized for use across various platforms (social

media, websites, etc.).

- Should work well with a large team - both within the team and with other

departments in the organisation


Technical Specifications

- 2-6 years of professional experience in 3D modelling, animation, and

visualisation using Blender.

- Proven experience in creating high-quality 3D product videos, preferably in an

agency or studio setting.

- Strong proficiency in Blender and Cinema 4d (modelling, texturing, lighting,

rendering, animation).

- Familiarity with other tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop

for post-production.

- Solid understanding of rendering engines (Cycles, Eevee) and optimization

techniques.

- Excellent eye for detail, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to translate product features into engaging 3D visual animations.

- Strong sense of timing and rhythm in animations.
