The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Role and Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Skills Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects using Zigbee technologyStrong programming skills in CIn-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocolsExperience in implemeting Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applicationsGeneral knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired Skills Embedded Linux development experienceKnowledge of C++/Python developmentExperience with RTOS developmentQualifications Bachelors in Elecronics, CS or Related field with minimum 10 years of experience or Masters with minimum 8 years of experience
