Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (Gurgaon) role for a Project Team Lead. ThePTL will oversee day-to-day project operations, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensure compliance with clients' requirements, and lead cross-functional teams. It will involve coordination with various stakeholders, risk management, and quality control.
Qualifications
Experience from pharma world in the area of Clinical and Medico-marketing research
Expertise in Project Management
Proficiency in Inspection processes
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Experience in the Medical & Clinical Research industry is a plus
Master's degree in Medicine / Life-sciences
3-4 years of experience
