Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling meetings, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on product knowledge. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
