Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in AI and at least 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, product management best practices, and a proven track record of successfully bringing AI-driven products to market. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development of AI products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-based products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (executives, sales, marketing) to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communications.
- User Experience and Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate product concepts and designs.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- AI Expertise:
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product and deliver tangible value to users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI-based products.
- Proven experience in managing the development and launch of AI-driven products.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics platforms.
